大学研究室と地域団体が共同で利用する観測拠点として、短時間の作業と数日の滞在の 双方に対応できる小さな建築を計画した。風荷重と塩害への対策を踏まえつつ、内部では 機材収納、簡易な作業台、滞在のためのベンチを一体で整理している。
検討では、海岸線からの距離、搬入経路、既存防潮インフラとの関係を踏まえ、建築が 単体で完結しすぎないことを意識した。観測のための道具としての明快さと、滞在のための 最小限の快適さを両立させることを目標としている。
Planned as a shared base for a university laboratory and a local organization, this project combines short working visits with a few days of stay in a very small building. Wind load and salt exposure were treated as primary conditions, while the interior brings equipment storage, a compact workbench, and a bench for rest into a single clear arrangement.
The study focused on distance from the shoreline, access for transport, and the relationship to existing flood infrastructure so that the building would not behave as an isolated object. The intention was to balance the clarity of a working tool with the minimum comfort needed for temporary occupation.
