既存診療所は斜面に沿って段状に建ち、来院者動線とスタッフ動線が交差しやすい 状態にあった。増築では、待合と処置機能を緩やかに分けつつ、既存建物の負担を 軽減することを主眼に、別棟に近い接続形式を採用している。
木造増築部分は工事期間中の運営継続を前提に、施工手順と仮設動線も含めて検討した。 診療所に求められる静けさを保ちながら、室内外の境界に小さな中間領域を設け、 待ち時間の圧迫感を和らげる計画としている。
The existing clinic sits along a slope, and patient circulation easily overlapped with staff movement. The extension separates waiting and treatment more clearly while reducing the burden on the existing building, using a connection that works almost like a small detached wing.
Because the clinic needed to remain in operation during construction, the timber addition was studied together with phasing and temporary access. The project tries to preserve the quiet atmosphere required for medical use while introducing small intermediate spaces that ease the pressure of waiting.
