住宅の中心に庭と吹抜けを置き、各室がそれぞれ異なる距離感で光と外気に触れるように計画した。 外周の開口だけに頼らず、内部の抜けと中間領域を重ねることで、限られた条件の中でも居場所に厚みを与えている。
内部では大きな本棚状の収納壁や階段、個室まわりの開口が一つの骨格としてつながり、生活の変化を受け止める余地をつくっている。 庭と室内の関係を細かくずらしながら、日常のスケールに合った静かな奥行きを積み重ねた住宅である。
This house is organized around a small garden and a central void so that each room meets light and air at a slightly different distance. Rather than relying only on perimeter openings, the project layers internal sightlines and intermediate zones to give depth to everyday living within a constrained residential setting.
Inside, a large shelving wall, the stair, and the openings around the private rooms form one continuous framework that can absorb change over time. By shifting the relationship between the garden and the rooms in small increments, the house builds a quiet sense of depth at a domestic scale.
