既存駐車場敷地の一角に計画する学習施設として、放課後の子どもの利用と、夜間の 地域活動をどちらも受け止められる平面構成を検討した。中央に架構の見える一室空間を 置き、その周囲に収納、相談室、水回りをまとめることで、時間帯による切り替えが しやすい計画としている。
木架構は意匠表現のためだけではなく、内部の使い方を理解しやすくする骨格として 見せる方針を採った。設計段階では、梁成と照明計画、空調ルートが干渉しないよう モデル上で早めに調整を進めている。
Planned on part of an existing parking lot, this project supports both children after school and evening community use. A single room with visible timber framing sits at the center, while storage, consultation rooms, and services are gathered around it so the building can change use across the day without friction.
The timber frame is not only an aesthetic device but also the spatial order that makes the building easy to understand. Beam depth, lighting, and air-conditioning routes were coordinated early in the model to keep that clarity intact.
